CAPTURED JAN 11, 2010

SEARCH WARRANT – KINGMAN  

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies, detectives, TOU (Tactical Operations Units) members along with Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET) detectives executed a search warrant early Thursday (1/7) afternoon at a residence in the 2200 block of E Buckhorn Bend.  The search warrant was for two wanted persons identified as Kelly Liane Williams, 35, and Denis Kirby, 39, both of Kingman.

 

Approximately 12:15 p.m., detectives served the search warrant and entered the residence.  Williams was located while Kirby was not at the residence.  Williams was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a fugitive from justice warrant issued out of California, both felonies.  While the house was being cleared, drug paraphernalia was observed in plain site.  Williams was taken into custody, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.

 Planning and Zoning, Environmental Health, Animal Control, Arizona Game and Fish and Child Protective Services were all notified due to the condition of the residence.  An investigation has begun by Planning and Zoning and Environmental Health as a result of the search warrant. 

Denis Patrick Kirby is a 39-year-old white male, 5'10 at 170 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair.  Kirby is wanted on a felony failure to appear warrant on original charges of taking identity of another and two burglaries.  Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Kirby is asked to contact the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office at (928) 753-0753 or Silent Witness at (928) 753-1234.
