The original owner died and the trust is in charge. The Mohave County Health Dept had to sue the trust for enviromental trash, (as you can see), which seems to be the only way to get the job done.  Robert Byard is the squatter who is responsible for this mess. He has been squatting there for over a year and has made this mess. And of course he will move out before the deadline of May 8th given by the courts as the deadline to clean it up. After that, the fine is $1,0000.00 per day, till done, which the trust is responsible for. Somehow Mr Byard gets off scott free.  It seems that there is no county or state rules that makes him responsible. And now he wants to rent a house from YOU!

That means he promised to appear at his hearing...........way to go, I'm sure he'll be there............... We will.
