Jason Schooler (criminal dumper) has been given a plea bargain, he will meet with the Judge next to agree to that. Because of our efforts, this is his deal: $1000.00 fine, 1 year probation, and jail time, left up to the judges discretion. See, Criminal Dumpers Mr Schooler did receive a $1,000.00 fine and 1 year probation for his 5 minutes of indiscretion......... You think the next person will think first??? WE'LL BE WATCHING.........
If you ride quads or other vehicles in the desert, please have a camera at ready, and hopefully a GPS so you can email us any photos with GPS coordinates. You can be a great help in this area. A lot of these dumpsites are from thefts and should be treated as a crime scene with evidence. Do not pick through the dumpsite, many times there are very dangerous chemicals from a meth labs, in the sites. These chemicals can kill you, be very careful.
Remember if you are on BLM land, you are breaking the law if you are not riding on a road or trail that is already there.
