CITIZENS ACTION TEAM EFFORTS ARE PAYING OFF WITH 2 CONVICTIONS!
Friday 13 July, Bomar agrees to 10 year prison deal.
Michael Dwight Bomar, 32, (shown below in Court), agreed on Friday the 13th in front of Judge Moon, to take the plea that was offered to him, which included 10 years in prison. He had previously agreed to the same deal but when he came before the Judge he changed his mind. He almost messed this up a third time on the 13th, when asked if he knew the items he received from an individual, were stolen he almost denied it, which means the Judge would have had to deny his guilty plea, and start all over again. A CAT representative said “he is on record of having lied in his testimony at least twice.” “He had forgotten what he said to the arresting officer and gave another story as to where he got the items in his possession.”

Bomar’s sentencing will be on August 15th, division 5 at 8:30 am. We would like to have all the victims there; they will have a chance to speak before the court at that time.
Bomar had 5 cases pending, 3 of them will be dismissed in the plea deal.
He plead guilty on trafficking in stolen property and escape in the 2nd degree. The other crimes were: DRUG PARAPHERNALIA-POSSESS/USE, BURGLARY 3rd DEG, and CRIMINAL TRESPASS in the 1st DEG.
