WANTED SUSPECT ARRESTED IN CALIFORNIA
Mohave County Sheriff’s detectives were notified on Tuesday, October
27th, by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office that a wanted
felon out of Mohave County was taken into custody.  Bennie Bernard
Masters, 30, of Kingman, was wanted on an attempted murder incident that
occurred on May 15, 2009, where he stabbed a 51-year-old male victim as
the victim was riding a bicycle in area of Quail Lane and Eagle Drive in
Kingman.  Masters was extradited from California on Friday (10/30) where
he was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without
incident.  Masters was arrested on a felony warrant issued by Kingman
Justice Court for attempted murder and aggravated assault with a deadly
weapon.
