Citizens’ Action Team announces; Due to the genorosity of one of our members, we have the use of a Patrol Aircraft, to assist in aerial surveillance.  

“We feel that the aircraft will be a great help in locating dump sites, spotting wildcat dumpers, following suspects, getting to outlying areas in a hurry, and the like. With the speed, special equipment that the airplane has, and the 24 hour availability of the aircraft to our group, we can cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time.”

“The aircraft can stay airborne for up to 5 hours at a time, with top speeds around 120, but can practically hover over a single location, and the special photo equipment installed is excellent.”
